1. Service Description
LiftSafe is an elevator compliance tracking platform designed for building managers in the European Union. The service helps track inspection schedules, certification deadlines, and regulatory compliance across multiple countries.
Currently, LiftSafe is in pre-launch phase. By joining our waitlist, you will receive updates about our launch and early access opportunities.
2. Account Registration
When the full platform launches, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Submit false or misleading information
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the service
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of LiftSafe — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of SIA Vanilla Travel and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5. Information Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate information about elevator regulations across EU countries, LiftSafe is a compliance tracking tool and does not constitute legal advice. You should always verify regulatory requirements with the relevant national authorities in your jurisdiction.
We make every effort to keep regulatory data up to date, but regulations change frequently. LiftSafe is not liable for decisions made based on information provided through the platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiftSafe shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Penalties, fines, or legal consequences resulting from missed inspections or compliance deadlines
- Service interruptions or data loss
7. Subscription and Payments
When the full platform launches, LiftSafe will operate on a subscription model. Specific pricing and payment terms will be communicated before your subscription begins. You will always have the option to cancel before being charged.
8. Data Protection
Your use of LiftSafe is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with GDPR.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to LiftSafe at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also discontinue use of the service at any time.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riga, Latvia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence.
